In order for your brain to function properly ,your body needs to be well rested.

In order to have a life of abundance and happiness we have to appreciate what we currently have in the present moment. Spend as much time with your love ones and do not compare your journey to any one else's. Let go of all criticism and focus your attention on your growth , goals , future and loving yourself.

Especially be kind to yourself. Kindhearted people shine a light not only into their own lives but have a positive impact on other people.

You can do that kindly. Our time is limited so use it wisely

Learn to save , budget and save some more especially for a rainy day.

Know you do not need any validation from others. Being rejected whether from a job or a person etc. does not undermine your value and potential. Always think highly of yourself and know that you are just as capable as the person sitting beside you.
